My office is located in the beautiful Berkshire Hills of Western Massachusetts in the town of Dalton. My aim is to give you accessible, effective care in a safe and comfortable environment. There are weekend and evening appointments available to help meet your needs, and my office is just a few minutes from the Allendale area of Pittsfield.
I hold advanced training in deep tissue techniques such as trigger point therapy and myofascial release. I am also certified in foot reflexology as well as massage cupping, and often use a variety of techniques in my work addressing your unique needs from an integrative approach. In March of , I celebrated 14 years in practice as a licensed massage therapist. I have had the joy and experience of working with so many people who have entrusted me with their care over the years. Some services may not available at this time. Business hours have changed as we move through the pandemic, and online booking remains off. All necessary precautions are being taken to keep us healthy and safe, with additional cleaning, disinfecting and proper venting of the office.
Masks MUST be worn, with the exception of when you are lying prone on the table. I am using a pillowcase surrounding the face cradle in place of the mask, so you may breathe easier while face down. I have provided hand sanitizer in the office for you to use, and I have added an air purifier for extra protection. If you are not feeling well or have been exposed to someone who is ill, I ask that you kindly reschedule your appointment. There will be no charge for appointments rescheduled due to illness.
